Silent Auction
Please read these instructions carefully as they are fundamental to the proper running of the auction.
This Auction is open only to bidders over the age of 18 and will run until mid-day on
All proceeds, after the deduction of costs, will go to Wheaten Health Initiative Funds to cover Educational Events and literature, plus testing and research into the hereditary diseases of the Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier.
Auction Rules: An auction will run for the time specified above. Bids will be updated daily, usually by 12 noon . In the last few hours they will be updated more frequently as bids arrive. The Highest Bidder for any item will be notified by e-mail as soon as the bid is accepted. The date and time of the bid will be recorded upon receipt of e-mail or other notification. A record will be kept of all bids made. We will try and advise if you have been outbid. Upon close of the auction payment will be requested from the highest bidder. If this is not forthcoming then the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Please do not bid if you do not intend to enter into the spirit of this Fund-raising Auction.
Please be aware that postage and shipping costs will be added to the auction total, unless other delivery arrangements can be made.
The Webmaster is the only individual with access to any bidding and is therefore excluded from taking part in any auction.
